Dragon Master

Chapter 939 He Insisted

After hearing this, Maximilian rolled his eyes. Not again? He felt extremely speechless for Flora’s compliments. This was so
awkward.
Victoria was no longer angry, she knew that Maximilian would not lie to her.
“Sorry, I misunderstood you.” Victoria said with an apologetic look.
Maximilian shook his head, “It's okay, I know you're so good to me, don't worry, I won't let you down.”
Victoria smiled sweetly, not woolgathering anymore.
“Well, I do not want to talk about it too much, I just want to tell you that in this case, you have to prevent this from happening
again.” Victoria stated.
Although Maximilian turned that girl down, she was more or less jealous and did not want the man she loved to be touched by
another woman.
Maximilian then dotingly rubbed Victoria's head, and Grace and Flora were getting envious after saw this scene.
It was also not difficult to conclude that Maximilian was a real charm.
Maximilian yawned and didn't think too much about it.
He knew that things were beyond his imagination, he must cope with it seriously, or everything would become worse.
However, there was one thing that he must deal with at the moment, and that was Clark.
The beautiful witch told him that the Four Masters were invited by Clark and Rowen. He knew that they were a great threat to
him, and he had to get rid of them as soon as possible.
A Dragon Queen was enough to give him a headache, plus Clark, he must get rid of one in advance.
Clark and Rowen were still unaware that danger was approaching, and they were drinking, hoping that inspiration would pop up
again and they could think of a way to solve Maximilian.
However, with all their might, they still couldn't figure out how to deal with Maximilian.
The Four Masters failed, and the witch even hooked up with Maximilian. They just got a big head for a while.

Clark immediately looked at Rowen, trying to get the other party to give him a message.
Rowen got scared after sensing Clark’s gaze, and didn’t dare to look back. To be honest, he was more or less afraid.
Rowen got sweats on his back. In fact, he did not know how to deal with Maximilian. If he could come up with one idea, he would
not be standing here.
He was now incomparably depressed, thinking if there’s a better way.
Finally, he sighed, “I think this matter is more serious than you and I can imagine.”
Clark stared at Rowen and said, “Bullshit! If it wasn't serious, why would I ask you? Have you figured out a solution or not?”
Rowen felt a lot of pressure though, and suddenly the corners of his mouth rose, “There is a way. Did not you have a trap here?
Once he sits on it, he will die. In his defenseless situation, he is almost 100% without the possibility of survival.”
“That sounds a good idea, but how are we going to get him here?” Clark glanced at Rowen with a frown.
Rowen hit a jolt, took a deep breath and didn’t know what to say.
He came up with this all of a sudden, and as to whether it would work, he didn't have much confidence in his heart, but he told
himself that it should work.
“Clark, we don’t have much choice left, the might be our final stand.” Rowen suddenly added, “And, there is always a way.”
Clark pondered for a few seconds, then snapped his fingers, “Go get Maximilian to me, tell him it’s a friendly invitation from me,
and remember, have a better attitude.”
After hearing this, Clark's secretary gave an odd look at him.
After Clark saw that his secretary had not yet gone on the mission, he turned to look at his secretary with displeasure, “I asked
you to go on a mission, why don't do it? Do you want me to do it myself?”
His secretary then shivered and hurriedly left as Clark requested.
After the secretary left, Clark was extremely speechless. It was a moment of life and death, and his secretary was actually so
numb.

But He was not surprised by such a result. Anyway, he had already prepared for the worst, he did not believe that Maximilian
would not fall into his trap.
Because he believed that Maximilian would be brought down by him sooner or later, even if Maximilian was a cautious man.
Clark seemed to have seen Maximilian die under the trap he laid, of course, it would be best if Maximilian did not dare to show
up.
Rowen couldn't help but say, “What if he doesn't come?”
“It would be best if he does not come, so I will have plenty of ways to dispose of him.” Clark said with confidence.
Rowen sighed, “Or we can leave him alone?”
He backed down a bit in his heart. This was an awkward situation, and the dilemma they were in kind of bothered them.
He rubbed his forehead and felt a headache.
“No, we can’t let him get away from this.” Clark insisted and had a burst of contempt for Rowen, thinking that Rowen really got no
balls.
After Rowen felt the contempt from Clark, he was particularly uncomfortable with it. He almost exploded with anger, thinking that
this guy was really stubborn.
He had already tried to persuade Clark to not get themselves into trouble but failed.
Then there’s nothing he could do. Since Clark insisted on doing so, he would not stop Clark.
However, he thought Clark’s approach was too naive and completely whimsical.
“Clark, I can only say one thing, that we’d better back off at the time.” Rowen wanted to say it, but he knew that Clark would not
listen, and would be furious instead. Finally, he held back and hid it in his heart.
Maximilian was thinking of going to Clark for trouble and solved Rowen by the way.
Who knew that Clark's secretary had actually taken the initiative to come to the door.
“What brings you here?” Maximilian said indifferently. His first feeling after seeing the secretary's kind smile was hypocrisy.

He had met with the guy a few times before, but the guy had always had a cold expression, and now this smile was like being
forced out.
How could he not despise the guy?
The secretary forced himself to hold back the disdainful thoughts in his heart, and only then finished the words that Clark
requested him to pass.
