The Brother of My Boyfriend: A Love for Two

Chapter 7

Dylan drops Mandy off at college and goes to work, Mandy waits at the college gate for her friend Megan and is surprised to see Megan getting out of Jason's car, who waves at her from a distance with a debauched smile. "What happened, I've been waiting for you for ages". Mandy says "I'm a bit late friend, forgive me" Megan replies.

"Did you find Jason?" Mandy asks

"What do you mean? I thought you knew he was picking me up. He said you gave him my number so we could get to know each other better." Megan says excitedly.

"What an asshole!" Mandy whispers.

"What friend? I didn't hear you" Megan asks

"I wasn't thinking out loud, I'm glad you two are getting along," Mandy says.

"Thanks, girlfriend, he's a sweetheart, funny, polite, gentleman and he's hot," Megan says.

"Gentleman? Are we talking about the same Jason? Fun, he can be polite, I'd say, but I don't think it's very likely that he's just a pick-up, can you believe that yesterday he took a stranger to his apartment, but I made her run away?" Mandy says. "Don't overreact, you're probably saying that because of your incident, but he was nice to me, we're going out tonight, I hope everything's okay with you, if you think it's weird I'll cancel and delete his number?" Megan says "And why would I be upset? Friend, that was a nightmare that I want to forget, that's all, he's my brother-in-law, nothing more than that, I just don't want you to get hurt, please be careful, because the short time I've known him I already know he's not the type to get attached" Mandy replies.

"Yes, I know he's just your brother-in-law, but if you have any interest in him, I don't know, just imagine you being fought over by your brothers, it makes you horny (she laughs at the situation), you know I've always been in favor of you having an adventure, this monogamous life is a bit boring, apart from the fact that you've only had sex with Dylan in your life, that must be tedious," Megan says, making a face.

"You can stop right there, I have no interest in having sex with anyone other than my boyfriend, especially Jason, girlfriend, I like the monogamous life, I'm old school and I'm happy with it, and by the way, I think you and Jason will get along great, you have the same free style of living" Mandy says.

"You don't know what you're missing, but I understand you, Dylan is also a cat with all due respect, a dream prince for any normal woman, but there are women who prefer bad boys, I'm one of them, I prefer them to fuck with my body and not my heart" Megan smiles as she speaks.

"You're a crazy friend, but I love you, come on, enough talking about Jason and having sex, you know I don't feel comfortable talking about it, let's go to the classroom, we're late for class," Mandy says pulling Megan to the classroom. "I love you too, even though sometimes you're a bit of a pain in the ass (she smiles), come on lady, let's go to class," Megan says.

When they arrive at the college exit, Mandy and Megan see Jason waiting in the car.

"Look, there's the 'gentleman' Jason", comments Mandy, casting a wry glance at Megan.

Jason approaches with a smile and says to Megan, "I've come to pick up my cat," he says, kissing Megan.

"What a surprise, cat" Megan says, kissing him

"Hey, sister-in-law, want a lift?" asks Jason, teasing Mandy. She hesitates for a moment but eventually agrees. "Oh, why not? I'm going for a ride today, then." Mandy says amused by the situation

Inside the car, Mandy settles into the back seat, trying to disguise the discomfort she feels at witnessing the closeness between Megan and Jason. Meanwhile, Megan sits in the front, next to Jason, and the two of them start chatting animatedly. Jason, with a teasing tone, leans towards Mandy.

"What's up, sister-in-law, how was your day at college?" he says with a mischievous grin. Megan laughs and replies, also jokingly.

"It was great, thanks, brother-in-law. And how was your day?" she replies debauchedly

As the conversation continues, the atmosphere in the car becomes more and more relaxed. At one point, Jason and Megan lean towards each other and exchange a kiss, which makes Mandy look away, feeling even more uncomfortable. As the journey continues, Jason's gestures become bolder. He slides his hands down Megan's legs, causing her to giggle and sigh. Mandy feels more and more out of place, wishing the trip would end soon.

Arriving at her parents' house, Mandy takes a deep breath to end that uncomfortable trip, she doesn't understand why she is so angry with Jason's attitude.

"Are you sure you're not going to the apartment, sister-in-law?" he asked.

"I'm staying with my parents today, I've got a lot of studying to do," she replies.

"Nerd mode in the area". Megan laughs as she makes a joke

"It's not funny, you should study too" Mandy calls Megan's attention.

"It's a shame you have to study, otherwise the four of us could go out together and it would be a lot of fun," Jason suggests

"Next time I need to study, but have fun," Mandy says.

"It's no use insisting, kitten, she's not easy to convince," Megan says.

"Next time then, bye sister-in-law"

Jason gets out of the car to open the door for Mandy and kisses her on the cheek.

"Bye girlfriend, I'll call you later, I love you". Megan says, giving him a hug

"Bye, you two" Mandy says opening the car door.

Getting out of the car, Mandy walks towards her house, still with the image of the kiss in her mind. Each step seems heavier, and she wonders how she will cope with this new dynamic between Megan and Jason. As she enters the house, she is so immersed in her thoughts that she doesn't notice her mother's presence. Silently, Mandy climbs the stairs to her bedroom, continuing to revisit the events of the afternoon in her mind. Just as she is about to enter her room, her mother's voice breaks through the silence.

"Mandy, darling, how was your day?"

The fright makes Mandy jump in surprise, almost knocking over her belongings. She quickly turns to face her mother, trying to disguise the agitation that has seized her.

"Oh, Mom! You scared me!" she says, trying to smile, but her eyes still reflect her unease. Her mother looks at her with a mixture of concern and curiosity.

"I'm sorry, dear. I was just curious to know how your day was," she replies, approaching Mandy.

Mandy sighed, feeling the weight of what she had witnessed at college.

"It was a bit hectic, you know? But no big deal. I'll be fine," I replied, trying to appear calm, despite the whirlwind of emotions invading her. Her mother hugged her affectionately, realizing that something was bothering her. "If you want to talk about it, I'll be here, darling. You know you can count on me."
