"Whatever," Felix said, feeling exasperated. Sasha was probably the first person he'd ever met who would resent the person who'd saved her.
"You can't refute me, can you? Anyway, think about how long it took you to arrive after I told you to come! If you'd arrived earlier, you could've drank with Mr. Barton on my behalf. None of this would've even happened!" Sasha snapped.
Felix knew martial arts and seemed to be quite good in a fight-if Ivan's words could be trusted. Yet, in the end, he'd let Saul off the hook just like that. Sasha didn't believe Felix would've allowed the matter to slide so easily if the woman he loved had been in her situation. 1
They finally arrived at the Quinton residence. Warren and Nattie were home, and Felix had completed his mission. Thus, he said, "I'm leaving, Uncle Warren."
"Alright. Drive safe."
Sasha burst into tears almost as soon as Felix was gone.
Warren hurried over to her, his heartache clear. "What's wrong, Sasha?"
"I was almost raped, Dad," she cried.
"What?" Warren's blood boiled. "Who's the bastard who dared to do that to you? Did you call the police?"
"I-I didn't know him. Felix brought me to a gathering and stepped out for a while. That guy just pounced on me and pinned me to the couch. I only managed to get away when Felix came back and pulled him off me," Sasha said. Nattie gnashed her teeth when she heard that. She grabbed Warren's collar and snapped, "Did you hear what Sasha said, Warren? Look at what your precious Felix did! He set up this whole thing to traumatize Sasha!" Warren frowned. "Felix can't be behind this. I watched him grow up, and I know he's still the same person he was before leaving.
Sasha sobbed harder. At that, Nattie said coldly, "Still waters run deep. Didn't it occur to you that Felix is just good at putting on an act and tricking you? Sasha can't possibly be using her chastity to slander him, can she? Listen up, Warren. If I find Felix coming here or that you've asked Sasha to spend time with him, I'll divorce you!"

Warren saw the menacing look in Nattie's eyes and listened to Sasha's sobs. He knew this wasn't the time to argue and had no choice but to go along with Nattie.
"Fine. I promise I won't do anything anymore. I will get to the bottom of this, though -I won't let anyone get away with treating Sasha like that! If Felix really is behind this, I'll teach him a lesson!" he said. In truth, he still didn't think Felix would do something like this. Unbeknownst to him, Sasha was delighted by this turn of events. Thanks to this, she wouldn't need to worry about having to marry Felix in the future. It was the only silver lining of this incident.
Half an hour later, Felix was back at Tabiner Bay. He saw a tall, beautiful woman standing outside his door.
She asked, "Are you Felix Zeller?"
He nodded. "Yes, I am. Did you need something?"
"I'm Belle Frost, Lady Xena Summers' deputy. This is a regulatory permit from the Phoenix Legion that Lady Summers herself has signed and approved. You're required to accept it immediately," Belle said. Xena again? Why couldn't he be free of her wherever he went?
Felix took the permit and read it. His expression darkened when he was done. "Tell Xena that her permit doesn't work on me."
