He hung up the phone and told Eloise and Maryam that he had to go out for company business.

What he didn't dare tell Eloise was that there was a new development at the Institute and he was worried that Eloise would be even more disappointed if it wasn't a good one. When Eloise heard it was a company matter, she didn't ask any more questions and just told him to be safe.

Hector nodded in response, grabbed his car keys and drove straight to the Institute.

When he arrived, Almeida greeted him respectfully, "Prince."

Hector nodded and said in a quiet voice, "What was it you said on the phone, that there were new developments?"

Sener and Almeida looked at each other, both with smiles on their faces.

"Sener and I did countless experiments and found a drug that suppressed the virus in Miss Eloise's body."

Almeida said handing the report sheet in her hand to Hector, pointing to a complex piece of data on it and explaining it before concluding, "It's this drug that suppresses the virus." Hector frowned as he held the report card in his hand.

"Just inhibitions?"

"Yes, it's just inhibited for now."

Sener's excited heart was calmed by this question.

Although a complete cure for the virus has not yet been found, it is not easy to research a drug that can suppress the virus.

"How did it work out?"

"At least it will slow down the onset of the virus in Miss Eloise's body." Almeida said truthfully.

Hector nodded his head, it was better to have a delay than nothing.

He pondered for a moment and then asked, "Have you tested it?"

"Of course, Sener and I have experimented many times over and over and there is absolutely no problem."

"Good."

Hector was relieved when Almeida handed him a bottle of medicine and instructed, "Take one pill for three days, and you, Prince, will need to record Miss Eloise's reaction to the medicine. If anything goes wrong be sure to contact me in time, after all this medicine is not its true antidote."

"Good."

Eloise had already finished her bath when Hector arrived home and Hector walked into the bedroom with a glass of water.

Then, handing Eloise the pills in his hand, "Eloise, take this medicine, it will help your health."

"Good."

Eloise put the pills directly into her mouth and swallowed them with a drink of water, without the slightest hesitation.

Because she knew that Hector was the one person who would never harm her.

If he says it will help his body, then it must.

Eloise's heart was in the right place when she returned to the Rogers family.

This night was the most restful night for her in a long time.

Surrounded by men who love her, she has also returned to her children and her mother.

The happiest thing in the world is to spend time with your family.

Eloise remembered that she had promised the two little ones that she would take them out in the evening and looked up at Hector, "I promised Solomon and Sweety that I would take them out tomorrow, do you have time?" "There is."

Hector smiled gently and swept the man into his arms.

The following day, Eloise woke up early to prepare breakfast for the family.

Hector's mind panicked for a moment when he woke up and realised that the person next to him was no longer there.

However, soon spotting Eloise's busy figure in the kitchen, he quickly walked up behind her and hugged her directly from behind.

Eloise, who was serving the porridge, paused for a moment when he suddenly hugged her.

Turning back to see the unease in his eyes, he was suddenly a little distressed.

They locked eyes and Hector couldn't help but kiss her on the lips.

Just as he was about to make his move, Solomon approached, pulling Sweety with him.

Surrounding Eloise, she pouted, "Daddy Mummy, what are we having for dinner this morning?"

"I've made porridge today and some dessert, so get yourselves cleaned up."

With those words, Eloise passed Hector a look that signalled him to take the two children and leave.

Not having kissed his wife yet, Hector is a little disgruntled.

But when he looked up and saw the slightly pleading look in Eloise's eyes, he had no choice but to meekly lead them out of the kitchen.

To be together as a family is undoubtedly the simplest and most precious happiness.

At breakfast, Hector looked at the table and felt a little emotional.

Sweety reached for a custard bun, but she was too young to pinch it.

Maryam pinned her up and stroked her soft hair.

Sweety took it with a smile and held out her chopsticks in style, having to give everyone something to eat.

However, she was still very unskilled with chopsticks and after a half-hearted effort, she simply got on with it and took a small piece of cake for each person.

And then she raised her head as if to show off and said, "Look, Mummy, this is the braid Grandma made for me today."

Eloise touched her pigtails, which looked exquisitely cute, and smiled, "That's pretty, did you thank Grandma?"

"Of course I did!" Sweety tilted her little head, looking like she was begging for praise.

The family couldn't help but lose their laughter.

After breakfast, Maryam carried Sweety down while Solomon self-consciously jumped out of his seat and raised his head to ask Eloise again.

"Mummy, yesterday you said you were taking us out, where were you going?"

Eloise's thin, white fingers nudged the tip of his little nose, "Guess, if you get it right, Mummy gives you an extra reward, and if your sister gets it right, there's a reward too." At the words, Sweety and Solomon leapt to their feet and guessed.

Hector, dressed casually today, bends over Sweety, picks her up, tosses her into the air and catches the little bundle of joy with a steady hand as Sweety giggles again. "Don't guess, Daddy will take you there now."

Once in the car, Hector patted the driver's seat and motioned for Eloise to sit over.

Eloise froze for a moment and said with some hesitation, "I don't drive it much these days, it's a bit of a handful."

Hector smiled gently, "I'm here, don't be afraid."

A few short words put Eloise's mind at ease instantly.

She nodded when she looked back and saw that her children had fastened their seat belts and Maryam was seated.

Hector patted the back of her hand and said, "It's okay, take your time, I'm always here."

Eloise was a little nervous at first and then relaxed her body as she became familiar with it.

Luckily the place wasn't too far away and Eloise found an empty space to park in the car park of a large zoo.

Sweety gave a cheer and said, "There are giraffes to watch and Daddy I want ice cream and fries!"

With those words, Hector smiled and rubbed the top of Sweety's head, dotingly saying, "Okay, whatever Sweety wants."

On the other side, inside the research centre, Rowson puts on his white coat and enters the base with his fingerprints.

Last night he had received the news that Eloise had gone back to France and hadn't slept much all night, and now his eyes were still a little green and black.

Now he must stay here, gain Bergerian's trust and get his hands on what Professor Curry is working on.

It was something he owed Eloise, and if it was destined to be lost, then ... let the person he liked, hurt a little less.

Professor Curry, however, was defensive, and he had been in the Institute for some time, always assigned to do routine chores.
